Manchester United agree to sell winger to Groningen

Noam Emeran to Groningen

Dutch professional football club, FC Groningen have made a deal with Manchester United for Noam Emeran.

Emeran featured in Man Utd’s pre-season match against Leeds United. He scored 1 goal which contributed to their 2-0 win.

Emeran will receive more opportunities at FC Groningen than at Manchester United

With a lot of talent in the Manchester United team, it’s highly likely that Emeran will not receive many chances to prove himself.

The team consists of many wingers like Garnacho and Rashford which makes it tough for Emeran to make the first team.

Emeran’s debut in the main team was delayed due to an injury he incurred in 2019. The youngster came with huge expectations but the injuries slowed down his progress.

Erik Ten Hag’s plan does not include Emeran so it seems difficult for the young player to progress at Old Trafford.

Meanwhile, Manchester United’s pre-season was filled with mixed results. Despite the results, everyone was impressed with how the young players performed.

Despite fans being not happy with the decision Emeran is going to FC Groningen.

Frustrated Groningen sign Emeran

FC Groningen have been looking for a winger this whole transfer window but did not reach any closure.

The team popularly known as ‘Pride Of the North’ have been looking for a fast and targetted attacker winger.

The young French prospect fits perfectly to the requirement of the club and might perform incredibly.

Groningen have been looking to sign an extra winger and Emeran is a player with characteristics that they have been looking for.

With all the experience he gains at FC Groningen, Noam may be on the route to become one of the best wingers in Europe.

Emeran is a Star

The French Youngster is a pacy winger with lots of tricks in his bag. Noam is often been compared to being the next Marcus Rashford.

Emeran played a huge role in Manchester United’s U-18 team winning the division title. He has scored 5 goals and provided 6 assists in 16 league appearances.

The Frenchman mostly played on the left wing and he plays actively in that position. His teammates have benefited a lot from him playing there.

It is commendable how a youngster like Emeran has jumped back from injuries and fought his way through to professional football.
