Manchester United left-back Luke Shaw is currently injured and out for a few months thus, the 20-time English Champions are looking for a replacement until the transfer window shuts down.

The Red Devils have now contacted Chelsea to bring Marc Cucurella as a replacement for the English left-back.

Manchester United left-back suffered a cruel injury blow a few days ago. He has suffered a muscle injury which was first reported to keep him out of play for a few weeks.

But according to Manchester Evening News, the defender can be out for 2 months at least.

Present Manchester United backup left-back, Tyrell Malacia is also injured. The only physically fit left-back present in the club was Brandon Williams, who has recently been sent to Ipswich Town.

This means that the Red Devils currently do not have any left-back present at the club.

Therefore, the club is now preparing to bring in a new left-back as the transfer window closes Friday evening.

Marc Cucurella had a shambolic performance at Stamford Bridge last season.

The left-back was considered one of the best in the Premier League during the 2021/22 season but is now a liability for Chelsea.

Cucurella is now a worthless player for the Chelsea fans. They absolutely hate him and don’t want him at the club.

He made zero accurate long balls, lost possession seven times, and made zero interceptions or clearances during a match against his former club.
